1955 Saudi Arabian Railway Station in Dammam
The first railway station in Dammam, known as the "train" station, was a stop or departure point, marking the end/first point on the railway line. It was located very close to the city center, in what is now the Al-Rabie neighborhood, behind the Ministry of Finance building. The photograph was taken facing northeast. The visible street is King Saud Street, and the buildings shown are now in the Al-Amamrah neighborhood, some of which still stand as witnesses to those events.
